Ingredients
Hops
The hops in Tripel LeFort give the beer a mild bitterness and form a nice, full and stable head. Pleasant hop notes of citrus and lime make the beer balanced yet complex at the same time.
Yeast
The use of a unique yeast results in a tripel with a vanilla-clove aroma while having a fruity flavor.
Time
Before the beer is bottled, it remains in the lagering cellar for 3 weeks. After bottling, there is a secondary fermentation in the bottle for 2 weeks in warm rooms. Finally, the beer rests at room temperature for another 2 weeks.
